Welcome to the consultation website for the proposed new mixed-use development at Cardiff Gate Business Park. As required by the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 we are carrying out pre-application consultation on the proposals for residential (Use Class C3), flexible food and drink/retail (Use Class A1/A3), offices (Use Class B1), a car dealership (Sui Generis Use), vehicular, pedestrian and cycle accesses, car parking and reconfigured highway arrangements and associated public open space, drainage, landscaping and engineering work. This website provides you with the opportunity to view the draft planning application documents and leave feedback on the proposals.

Any subsequent planning application will be publicised by Cardiff Council; any comments provided in response to this consultation will not prejudice your ability to make representations to the Council on any related planning application. You should note that any comments submitted may be placed on the public file.

Multi-million pound refurb completed at Cardiff Gate office development

Top-spec office re-fit launched to coincide with 25th Anniversary of south Wales’ premier business park

One of the largest and most prominent out-of-town office buildings in south Wales has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment.

Centre 7, which is located at the entrance to Cardiff Gate International Business Park, has been extensively refurbished throughout the three-storey building. The Grade A offices include features such as flexible floor plates of up to 17,000 sq. ft suitable for partitioned or open plan space, an air-conditioning system, suspended ceilings with recessed LED lighting and fully raised access floors.

The circa 50,600 sq. ft. building is available to let in office suites in a variety of sizes with an excellent car park allocation of 201 spaces. 

The property agent Fletcher Morgan are letting agents for Cardiff International Business Park, which is marking its 25th anniversary this year.
